We like to think of ourselves as a firm of Insolvency Practitioners who are big enough to matter but small enough to care.
We are totally independent, we do bank work, (and we have good relationships with them) but we don’t work for the bank, there is no ‘early warning system’ like with many firms whereby reliance on a key work provider (the bank or major creditors) conflicts with the duty of client confidentiality, and they are obliged to report whenever information about a distressed lendee comes to hand.
What this means is that you have time to plan the best course of action, for you, for the company, for your staff, and for the creditors, and the decision is not taken from your control by what can often be emotional and ill-informed creditors.
We are a firm that promotes excellence in all we do, all of our staff have been with us a long time with the majority achieving exam successes in the industry leading insolvency qualification ‘CPI’ (certificate of proficiency in insolvency), and we have two Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, who provide the initial consultations.
What this means is that we are no ‘fly-by-nights’, we know what we are talking about, and we know the game.
We are based in Yorkshire with easy transport links, but also happy to travel.
We believe in prevention rather than cure.
We look forward to speaking with you.
